George has over 20 years of leadership experience working for Wall Street Firms Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo/Norwest Bank, Charles Schwab and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His positions at these leading Firms included supervising and managing the design, implementation and compliance of an elite client experience across client service, trading, operations, retirement services, legal, estate and banking for both institutional and retail clients.
George has extensive experience managing securities trading and investing for Registered Investment Advisor Firms and Financial Advisors with nearly 10,000 lifetime trades covering Stocks, Options, Mutual Funds and Fixed Income securities. With this level of hands on experience, George has gained a keen perspective of the pros and cons of many of Wall Street’s products and services and which ones he believes work best for clients. George leverages this insight when learning about your specific finances and goals to customize an investment plan for you.
George is a licensed Financial Advisor and holds the Series 66 license-Uniform Combined State Law Examination. While working for the above Firms, George was Series 7, 63, 9 and 10 licensed and held his Life and Health Insurance Licenses. George earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The State University of New York at Albany.
George lives in Troy, NY with his wife Shauna and 4 children. George and his wife are actively involved in the community and church helping the homeless and those with special needs as well as coaching youth sports. George is a passionate investor and loves helping others build their net worth in order to achieve their lifelong dreams and goals.
Kean L. Bouplon

With nearly 20 years experience in the financial advisory field, including Wall Street firms Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, Kean’s client practice includes a select group of families and not-for-profit organizations focused on multi-generational wealth and preservation. With a strong belief in cash flow and sustainability, his custom investment portfolios emphasize dividends and long term growth strategies, including alternatives.
Kean is a licensed Financial Advisor and hold his Series 65. While working for his previous firms Kean was also Series 6, 7 and 63 licensed. He received his Bachelor Degree and played Division 1 soccer at Hartwick College. Kean writes and hosts the Build Upon The Good podcast on family legacies (www.BuildUponTheGood.com). He is also a US licensed soccer coach.
Kean lives in Voorheesville, NY with his wife and their three young children. He enjoys spending time on his 4th generation family ranch land, running and coaching youth soccer.
